THE WAY OF LOVE

RETREAT

The path of embodied, radical and revolutionary love

Love is the highest law.

Love is the most powerful and transformational force in the universe.

When we awaken to its presence and cultivate a heart-centered life, everything changes.

In our culture, the word love often gets reduced to something sentimental or soft. But to truly love — ourselves, each other, and the Divine — is a radical and revolutionary act. It requires courage, presence, and a willingness to lay down our ego on the altar of love.

Radical love cuts through the cages of the mind — the beliefs, defenses, and patterns that keep us distant from intimacy and our own truth.

It is a lifetime path to walk from fearful to fearless Love.

“Healing happens in connection, not isolation. When we gather in tribe, we unlock a field of transformation that no one can access alone.

CHRISTIAN PANKHURST

We will bring the blazing heart into three dimensions:

🌹 Relationship with Self
We will explore how Love can heal and integrate the wounded and fragmented parts within us, bringing us back into wholeness.

🌹 Relationship with Others
Through dyads, partner work, community rituals, and connection practices, we will step into the intimate field of relationship — moving from isolation and disembodiment into deeper intimacy, trust, and authentic connection.

🌹 Relationship with the Sacred
Love is the path of the Heart. We will touch the mystery of devotion, the presence of the Divine within and around us, and the sacred dimension of Love that holds and infuses all of life.

How We Journey

The body is the temple through which love is embodied. All explorations are guided through somatic tools and relational practices that open the heart, regulate the nervous system, and support us to bring these transformations into daily life.

We will weave together ancient traditions and contemporary somatic modalities into a living, embodied tapestry.

Some of the practices we will explore include:

  • Kiirtan and devotional music

  • Somatic & embodiment meditation practices

  • Ecstatic dance & movement alchemy

  • Chanting, singing & sound healing

  • Dyads & relational practices

  • Community ritual & ceremony

  • Anointing rituals & water alchemy

These are not just “techniques” but invitations into an initiatory process — one that opens the heart and transforms the way we live and love.

This Retreat is For You if…

  • You are longing for deeper intimacy — with yourself, with a partner, with community, and with the Sacred.

  • You feel disconnected from your purpose, your “true north,” or the sense of clarity that guides your life.

  • You want to explore the meeting point of ancient practices and contemporary somatics through direct, embodied experience.

  • You desire the experience of awakening in community — being seen, supported, and held in connection.

  • You are ready to learn powerful tools of communication, intimacy, and trust-building that can transform your relationships.

  • You feel the call to uncover the hidden blocks in your heart and step into greater openness, aliveness, and authenticity.

  • You are tired of living in your head and want to come home to your body and heart.

  • You are seeking healing from old patterns and hidden blocks of the heart.

  • You are ready to reclaim joy, presence, and love as your natural state of being.

Testimonials

  • The Way of Love weekend retreat with Mark and Tatiana was truly a heart-opening experience for me.

The blend of somatic grounding embodiment techniques and self-exploration, paired with uplifting and expansive kirtan practice, really offered a wonderful sense of balance. It felt amazing to share moments in the group while also having the space for quiet reflection after those deeper, transformative discoveries. Being surrounded by the breathtaking natural scenery was nourishing in itself, and the meals made with such care and love only enhanced our experience.

What stood out most was how Mark & Tatiana wove together the intentions of everyone present. Each person came for their own unique reasons, yet we felt a profound unity in our common goal: to open our hearts, deepen our self-love, and connect with the divine presence that embodies love. It's truly beautiful how, in sharing our journeys, we can uplift and support one another.

  • I was fortunate enough to attend a recent retreat offer by Tatiana and Mark. The theme was The Way of Love, and each of them brought their own amazing, heart-centred gifts, skills and knowledge of spirituality and embodied healing and offered these with intense compassion. I enjoyed the rich variety of practices on offer: everything from Bhakti-drenched kiirtan and guided meditation, to stress-busting adult lullabies, to specific body-centred practices to facilitate emotional release and so much more! The food was exceptional, too! They also chose a beautiful retreat site, which added so much to the experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to attend another one of their retreats!

  • With kindness and open-heartedness, Mark and Tatiana create a unique space of depth, vulnerability and authenticity. Not only did I walk away from their Way of Love retreat with a deeper understanding of parts-informed somatic work, but I was able to welcome home - and shower with love - aspects of myself that I’ve been ignoring, or have locked away for years. This has made a positive and very significant impact on my day-to-day lived experience.
